Here we go — Day 2 of the Convergence Window. Yesterday we asked about the part of us that’s already prepared, and today we flip it. Because sometimes it’s not about what’s ready, it’s about what we’re still carrying.

Carrying What’s Not Ours
We all have bags, right? Some we packed ourselves, some got handed to us before we even knew how to say “no thank you.” Family expectations, old stories, somebody else’s emotions we somehow ended up holding.
And it’s heavy.
It reminds me of Erykah Badu’s Bag Lady. “Bag lady, you gon’ hurt your back, dragging all them bags like that.” She said it plain. If you’re holding too much, you can’t move free. You miss your bus, you miss your flow.
This prompt isn’t about blaming anyone for the baggage. It’s just the moment to ask: “Is this even mine?”
Release Without Story
The reflection says: Release without story. Just let it fall.
That’s the key. Our minds want to explain why we picked it up, how long we’ve had it, what might happen if we put it down. But Spirit is saying: no story needed. Just put it down. Like lint on your sleeve — brush it off and keep moving.
Resonance Together
Yesterday my soul sista Althea Grace — the Soul Whisperer — carried Day 1’s prompt into her own beautiful reflection, and that’s what this window is about: resonance. When we each show up with what’s true for us, it creates a field where everyone can breathe a little deeper.
So today, notice what you’re carrying that doesn’t belong to you. If you’re ready, just drop it. No need to explain. Just set it down and feel the difference.
