Convergence Window · Day 5
All right, here we are at Day 5 — and we’re coming back to the body.
What does it feel like in my body when something is real?
Name the feeling. That’s your compass.
So far we’ve explored readiness, release, truth, and presence. And now, we’re tuning inward even more — toward sensation, toward instinct. There’s a moment when something lands and you just know it’s real. It could be goosebumps. A flutter in your chest. A grounding in your belly. That subtle "click" somewhere deep that doesn’t need external proof.

Your body knows.
And this isn’t about logic. It's not a checklist or a 3-step process. It’s a language of energy — your nervous system, your intuition, your inner compass. Sometimes it shows up when you’re about to say yes to something aligned. Other times, it’s the full-body no that won’t let you pretend otherwise.
Your Compass Feeling
So the invitation today is simple, but powerful: Notice what your body does when something is real for you.
And name it. Is it stillness? Is it a surge? Is it tears, laughter, heat, release?
That’s your compass. You don’t have to explain it. You just have to feel it.
Resonance Together
We live in a world that often teaches us to override the body. To rationalize or outsource knowing. But our sacred instruments are always playing — soft, subtle, true.
What does your instrument sound like when it’s aligned?
Your Turn
Carry this with you today:
What does it feel like in my body when something is real?
Start building your inner dictionary of resonance. Let the sensations be your sacred text.
And so it is.
